We are looking for a proactive, client-focused, solutions oriented Litigation Paralegal or eDiscovery professional with legal firm and litigation technology experience to join our team. In this role, you will partner directly with clients, help guide litigation support strategy, and deliver practical, solution-oriented service across complex legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the pace and intellectual challenge of high-stakes litigation support while gaining more schedule predictability than a traditional embedded trial paralegal role. Strong experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Reveal, Relativity, Logikcull, or Everlaw is important, including but not limited to load file manipulation, data imports, exports, and productions. Experience with legal hold workflows is a plus.

We are hiring an Account Executive to own the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You will call on litigation partners, associates, paralegals, in-house counsel, and legal IT — leading with CLE education rather than a pitch, and making your clients the hero of their own matter.

You need at least two years of outside sales experience selling to law firms or corporate legal departments, and you need to already live here or be willing to relocate. You do not need to be an eDiscovery expert. We will teach you that part.

What we cannot teach is whether you are the kind of person who gets satisfaction from solving a problem somebody has been stuck with for years. If that is you, let’s talk.
